Linen is not provided (ie sheets, pillowcases, towels,
teatowels, tablecloths). However, should you prefer, these items
are available from a hire service. You may order these through our
office when booking.
Crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils are provided as are blankets
and pillows for all beds (not for divans or folding beds).
Unless otherwise noted Colour Television is provided in all properties.
Property descriptions in this site and with telephone enquiries
are made in good faith. No responsibility can be accepted for errors,
omissions or misdescription.

Keys to be collected from our office during office hours,
please note that balance of monies MUST be paid prior

present occupancy and are arranged only when tenancy has
BOOKINGS. In the event of the tenant, for any reason
whatsoever, desiring to cancel the booking, no refund of
the deposit shall be made unless and until the premises
are re-let for the total period of the proposed occupancy
in which case a service fee of 12% of one week's rent (Minimum
fee $20) shall be charged to the person cancelling the booking.
