Important Information

  • Bookings are made on a Saturday to Saturday basis.
  • Please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels.  Other items you should bring with you are soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.
  • Balance of moneys are payable on arrival.  If arriving outside office hours balance of moneys must be paid prior to arrival.
  • Garbage bins are collected early Thursday mornings.  Please put your bin kerbside with handle facing the property.  Boxes of rubbish etc (non-perishable items) can be disposed of at the Council tip located in Boyd Street, Tugun.
  • Property descriptions in this brochure and with telephone and email enquiries are made in good faith.  No responsibility can be accepted for errors, omissions or misdescription.
  • Card facilities are available but charges do apply.
  • The premises are to be left in a clean and tidy condition, with all dishes washed and rubbish removed from the premises or additional charges may apply.
  • Security Deposit: All guests are required to complete a Security Bond Authorisation Form by either credit card or a $250 cash deposit on arrival.
  • Strickly NO pets allowed.
  • Smoking is not permitted in ANY of the holiday properties.
